In October 2024, we lost our beloved founder, Debbie—my mother—after her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Her passion, creativity, and love for this bakery and our community continue to guide us every day.
We're in the process of honoring her legacy by taking Bite Me to new levels, and that includes refreshing how we share our story online. Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding as we rebuild—just like she would have wanted: with love, purpose, and a whole lot of cupcakes. 💖

Opening Bite Me Kupcakez was a dream fueled by our immense passion and the depth of our hearts. We poured our souls into this venture, believing in its potential to bring joy and inclusivity to our community. Never in our wildest dreams did we envision facing such challenging times. We embarked on this journey with optimism, hoping to spread happiness through our allergen-free treats, never anticipating the hurdles we'd encounter. Now, standing amidst these unforeseen hardships, we're humbly reaching out for support, hoping our community can help us sustain the dream we started with such hope and love.

Bite Me Kupcakez Bite Me Kupcakez is a dedicated gluten-free, nut-free bakery, bakery and cafe in Merrimack, NH.
We offer not only gluten free and nut free, but dairy free, soy free, and vegan options as well.In addition to our famous cupcakes
and baked goods we also offer breakfast and lunch. On Saturdays we have our delicious donuts for sale!
We are a Parenting New Hampshire Family Favorite for 2018 and 2020.
Bite Me Kupcakez has been baking up delicious gluten-free goodies since May 2011, with a store front opening May of 2017.Debbie Atamanchuk is the founder and master baker, with her daughter Rebecca Boutin helping to run the show. Debbie began cooking and baking gluten-free after Rebecca was diagnosed with a gluten allergy when she was just 16. Debbie and Rebecca's family has been gluten free ever since, so Debbie has been perfecting her gluten-free recipes as the years have gone on. Baking has become a family affair at. Bite Me. The mother-daughter duohave worked hard, with the help of their dedicated staff, to broaden the menu serve the needs of a variety of allergy sufferers. Including, but not limited to; dairy, soy, and vegan options.
Tragically, Debbie Atamanchuk, the heart and founder of Bite Me Kupcakez, passed away on October 15, 2024, due to pancreatic cancer. Her dedication, love, and passion for creating safe, allergen-free treats live on through her family, who are determined to honor her legacy by continuing her mission.
We here at Biteme work as a team and a family to make sure your allergies and sensitivities are taken seriously! With time, dedication and love, put into each and every one of our products whether it be a panini or a cupcake, you are safe to eat here with zero cross contamination.

Meet Rebecca – The Heart Behind Bite Me Kupcakez 
Hi, I’m Rebecca—owner of Bite Me Kupcakez, baker, mama of four, allergy-warrior, and daughter to one incredible woman. My mom, Debbie, started this bakery in 2011 after I was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy. What began as her way of protecting me turned into a full-blown mission to give our community a safe, joyful, and delicious place to eat.
When she passed away in October 2024 after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer, I promised to carry
on everything she built. Now, with the help of my husband, my sister, and my brothers, we’re working together to keep her legacy alive—pouring our hearts into every cupcake, every wedding cake, and every moment shared with our customers.
Running Bite Me gives me the chance to do what I love most: smile with our community and make sure everyone—no matter their food sensitivities—can find something sweet, safe, and satisfying. I take pride in crafting everything as naturally, organically, and allergy-friendly as possible. We always aim to keep things on the healthier side, using whole ingredients and thoughtful sourcing—because
food should not only taste good, but feel good.
One of my greatest joys is mentoring the next generation. Most of our team is under 25, and for many, this is their first job. I love teaching them the values my mom taught me—kindness, work ethic, creativity—because our kids truly are the future. And now, having my ownkids working beside me, just like I once worked beside my mom… that’s what keeps me going. That’s what makes thisbakery home.

of love—baked into every single bite.
